با فعال سازی این ماژول، می توان موجودی و تاریخ انقضای کالاهای تند مصرف را بطور دقیق کنترل نمود. مدیر فروشگاه با تنظیم نقطه حداقل موجودی و تاریخ انقضا برای هر بارکد محصول، هشدارهای مناسب را در زمان های مشخص دریافت می کند. در این ماژول کاربردی می توان در تامین موجودی هر محصول، بارکد و تاریخ انقضای آن را تنظیم کرد، می توان در هنگام تعریف محصولات نقطه حداقل موجودی را مشخص کرد و به ازای هر دسته کالایی تنظیمات هشدار تاریخ انقضای مصرف را انجام داد.

در فروشگاه ها برخی از محصولات فروش بیشتری دارند و مورد استقبال بیشتری از سوی مشتریان قرار می گیرند در نتیجه مدیر فروشگاه می بایست همیشه موجودی این محصولات را کنترل کند تا در صورت کم شدن موجودی آنها اقدام به افزایش موجودی نماید. بدین منظور ماٰژول کنترل موجودی در سیستم وی لایف گالری این امکان را فراهم می کند تا پس از مشخص نمودن نقطه حداقل موجودی برای هر محصول و دریافت هشدار از طریق نوتیفیکیشن ادمین را از کم شدن موجودی مطلع سازد تا برای تامین موجودی اقدام گردد.

با فعال سازی این ماژول، تامین موجودی محصولات می تواند بر اساس بارکد محصول صورت گیرد. بدین ترتیب هر محصول می تواند بارکد متفاوتی داشته باشد تا محصولات قابل رهگیری باشند. همچنین در هنگام ویرایش افزودن و محصول می توان نقطه حداقل موجودی را تنظیم نمود و در زمان تنظیم موجودی محصولات ، می توان تاریخ .انقضای هر محصول با بارکد مشخص را وارد کرد. لازم بذکر است که در زمان ثبت سفارشات، بارکدهایی از محصولات که زودتر تامین موجودی شده اند،  جهت خروج از انبار در نظر گرفته می شود.

توضیحات فیلدهای مشخص شده در فرم بالا:

بارکد: کد شناسایی محصول می باشد، تکمیل این فیلد اختیاری است و امکان استفاده از تمام اعداد و حروف انگلیسی در این فیلد وجود دارد.

کاربرد: با استفاده از این فیلد می توان برای محصولاتی که انبار، سایز، رنگ، شرکت توزیع یکسان اما بارکدهای مختلف دارند، موجودی و قیمت های مختلف تعریف کرد.

تاریخ انقضاء مصرف: در این فیلد مدیر فروشگاه می تواند برای محصول تاریخ انقضاء وارد نماید.

کاربرد: در صورت تنظیم فیلد “هشدار روز مانده تا تاریخ انقضاء [روز]” در دسته بندی محصولات و وارد نمودن تاریخ انقضاء مصرف برای محصول، سیستم از طریق نوتیفیکیشن بر اساس مهلت تعیین شده (بر حسب روز) در دسته بندی آن محصول هشدار تاریخ انقضاء نمایش می دهد.

مثال: مدیر فروشگاهی را در نظر بگیرید که قصد فروش محصولات خوراکی و غذایی را دارد، مدیر این فروشگاه می خواهد ۲۰ روز قبل از منقضی شدن تاریخ مصرف محصولات خود سیستم به او هشدار دهد تا در خصوص این نوع محصولات سیاستی مثل تخفیف و یا فروش ویژه را در پیش گیرد، بدین منظور مدیر  ابتدا باید فیلد “هشدار روز مانده تا تاریخ انقضاء [روز] ”  را در دسته بندی محصولات خوراکی و غذایی بروی عدد ۲۰ تنظیم نماید ، از این پس اگر محصولی دارای تاریخ انقضاء مصرف باشد و تاریخ جاری به ۲۰ روز قبل از تاریخ انقضاء هر محصول که در دسته بندی محصولات خوراکی و غذایی باشد برسد ، سیستم به صورت اتوماتیک در نوتیفیکیشن و گزارش انقضاء محصول هشدار تاریخ مصرف را نمایش می دهد.

کاربرد: محصولاتی که کمتر از این تعداد روز به تاریخ انقضا مهلت داشته باشند، بصورت اتوماتیک به کاربر هشدار اتمام مهلت تاریخ انقضاء برای آن محصولات نمایش داده می شود.

نقطه حداقل موجودی: این فیلد نشان دهنده حداقل موجودی مورد نیاز یک محصول در انبار می باشد.

کاربرد: با رسیدن و کمتر شدن موجودی کل محصول به نقطه هشدار, پیغام مناسب به ادمین نمایش داده می شود تا پس از اطلاع از موجودی محصول اقدام به افزایش موجودی محصول مورد نظر نماید.
